I just received my 20” M82A1 from my local FFL. Overall, great firearm at a great price, with excellent customer service. Thank you Gunrpime!

The Barrett arrived at at my FFL in a full, hard case Pelican carrier with wheels. Arrived without a scratch, and included one 10 round mag. The M82A1 was easy to assemble (upper and lower held together by two steel pins), with the help of some informative YouTube videos. The antiquated/printed owners manual was lacking compared to the newer owners manual I eventually found online, and the YouTube videos were short and to the point on proper assembly and disassembly. Watch them, they help considerably.

**UPS LOST MY Barrett in Transfer** But Gunprime fixed the issue immediately once they got involved.
Yes, UPS lost my gun, and were difficult to work with, while I attempted to try and find it myself. I was on the phone with UPS automated customer service multiple times before getting through to an actual UPS customer service representative.

However, after I finally wised-up and decided to contact Gunprime directly (I should have done that the minute I noticed something was up with the gun no longer tracking for days), Gunprime took care of the issue immediately. I called the main number on the Gunprime.com website. They said don’t worry about a thing, and they would take care of everything from their end. They contacted the ATF, found my Barrett at the UPS facility in IL, and got it shipped to me quickly within hours of my call to them. Thank you Gunprime!

Word to the wise, always call Gunrpime first if there is an issue with your firearm in transport. It seems that UPS doesn’t apparently care about you as an individual, or that a firearms is lost, and will likely not even directly speak to you. Instead, FIRST call the Gunprime team, and they will fix everything, and contact the ATF as needed.

ABOUT THE FIREARM: What can I say... It's a Barrett. I've wanted one for decades. Haven't had a chance to shoot it yet. If you don't live on hundreds of acres you'll need to find a place that won't mind if you shoot these giant rounds that almost nothing can stop without being completely destroyed.
